Team arena master attending highly competitive tournament CSKA CUP U11

Team Arena Master 2008 from Sachalin led by former HDC Slovakia coach Matej Dubecky is attending Proryv, highly competitive tournament these days, competing for the CSKA U11 Teams Cup. Other teams attending the tournament are Czech Republic, Finland, Sweden and CSKA Moscow, Vityaz Podolosk, Dinamo Minsk, Riga and SKA-Strelnya from St. Petersburg.

SKA-Strelnya won the first match against stronger and wealthier team from St. Petersburg 3:1. In their second match, SKA-Strelnya won in overtime defeating the team from Czech Republic 4:3.

The fact that Arena master is attending such a tournament, is quite special, considering it comes from „non-hockey“ region. HDTS company was the one to create the specialized testing and training center in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk and one of our top coaches – Matej Dubecky – became a head coach of the team.

Coming from far east, the team has the opportunity to prove that the training model (the model of the individual development of the hockey player) set by HDTS company from the beginning and applied strictly to the individual training and the team training, really works.

Arena Master team proves that if you are open-minded and give innovative approach a try, the results will speak for themselves. With the right attitude to the training process, even „Cinderella-like“ hockey team can bring fairytale results.
