HDTS at the IIHF Coaching Symposium: innovations in hockey technology

HDTS's participation in the IIHF Ice Hockey World Championship 2024

At the recent coaching symposium held as part of the IIHF Ice Hockey World Championship 2024, HDTS showcased its achievements and developments in hockey technology. The symposium gathered leading experts and coaches, including Petr Briza (IIHF Senior Vice-President), Martin Musalek (professor at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport, Charles University), Patrick Delisle (coach at McGill University, former coach for the Montreal Canadiens), Tim Turk (NHL shooting coach), and many others. HDTS's participation in this event provided a unique opportunity to demonstrate its innovations to a wide audience.

HDTS garnered significant interest among symposium participants with its advanced solutions. Representing the company at the symposium were renowned hockey coach and head methodologist Norbert Javorcik, as well as business development specialist Jozef Budaj. They presented modern training technologies and methodology, sparking lively discussions about the future of hockey training.

Our cutting-edge developments, combined with unique training methodologies and the implementation of new technologies, became a major hit among the specialists. Particular attention was given to our interactive systems and trainers, which allow for precise assessment and improvement of players' skills. Participants noted that HDTS's solutions have the potential to significantly enhance the training and preparation of hockey players at all levels.

The symposium took place within the VIP area of the House of Hockey – a special environment for distinguished guests of the World Championship at the O2 Arena in Prague. HDTS proudly showcased its interactive technologies, delighting visitors for over a week. One of the most popular exhibits is the Shooter Standalone system on our synthetic ice Shooting Zone. Visitors enthusiastically participated in accuracy and power shot competitions, which our system conducts with incredible precision and reliability.

We are thrilled to be part of such a significant event as the Ice Hockey World Championship. Our work in the VIP zone continues this week, and if you haven't yet visited our technology showcase, we invite you to the O2 Arena. Don't miss the opportunity to see and experience the innovations that are changing the world of hockey!
